Therapeutic Approach

You have a story that matters, and I am here to walk alongside you and make sense of your story. Coming to therapy is a brave first step!

My therapeutic approach is a collaborative one that is centered around relationships and working to fully know and understand my clients. My heart for Shalom Counseling is for it to be a place that welcomes the hard parts of an individual’s story so that they can find true healing and wholeness. Through the therapeutic process, I will partner with you in the healing journey and equip you with practical tools.

Psalm 147: 3 states “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds”. There is much comfort and care in the midst of deep pain. My goal is to partner with you to find that healing and freedom in your life!
